250 words on feelings towards SIlkeborg Museum

With research from the library on 2 books:
1) The Utzon Library: Utzon and the new tradition
2) Utzon - inspiration, Vision, Architeecture

My feelings towards this peice of architecture is that the Silkeborg Museum being an art gallery was designed in a way that connected the landscape, artworks, architecture and people so that they would come together as one.
The museum being a subterranean structure also known as the "Onion project" has a cave like character which came from Utzons' visit to Tatung, west of Peking (China). hundreds of Buddha sculptures and other figures which have been carved out of a number of rock caves at the river bed. With many more inspirations from things like the works of Corbusier and the extraordinary caves above ground of the great Iranian ice-houses.
Other things taken into consideration in designing the Musuem was lighting, with empahsis on shadow casts.
In re-designing the model, I will need to put myself in the shoes of Utzon and attempt to get into his mindset through research of what he was doing at the time, such as also designing the Sydney Opoera House, finding similarities in both peices of architecture. Also comparing significant aspects of the Museum such as the spiral ramps to Frank Lloyd Wright's spiral Guggenheim Museum.
